OVERVIEW

Welcome to Puppy Pleasure.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Puppy Pleasure website and your purchase of products from us.

Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Puppy Pleasure, operated by Konstantinos Georgio Savvas, sole proprietor. "You" and "your" refer to any visitor to our website or customer purchasing products from us.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services to you.

By accessing our website, using our services, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any rights that consumers have under applicable mandatory consumer protection law.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or purchase products from us.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY AND USE OF OUR STORE

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or place of residence, or that you have permission from your parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

You may use our website and services only for lawful purposes.

You must not use our products, website or services in violation of applicable laws or regulations or in a way that infringes the rights of another person.

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately.

However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, lighting and other factors.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes and minor differences may exist between an image and the product received, provided that such differences do not affect your statutory rights.

Product descriptions, specifications, prices and availability may be updated from time to time.

We may discontinue products or limit quantities available for purchase.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

SECTION 4 – ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

When you submit an order through our store, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order.

An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the products, depending on the checkout and fulfilment process applicable to your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including suspected fraud, payment problems, product unavailability, obvious pricing or product-information errors, or circumstances that make fulfilment impossible or unlawful.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at sales@puppypleasure.com. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

SECTION 5 – PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT

Prices displayed on our store are shown in the currency selected or displayed on the website.

Applicable taxes will be displayed or included as required by applicable law.

Shipping charges and any other applicable charges will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.

For deliveries outside the territory in which applicable taxes or import charges have already been collected, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country, where applicable.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where permitted by applicable law.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed and delivered in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates and timeframes displayed on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise or required by applicable law.

Delays may occasionally occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, customs procedures, severe weather or other unexpected events.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law in relation to delayed or failed delivery.

For consumer purchases, risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS, WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

We currently offer a 30-day return policy subject to the eligibility requirements described in our Return & Refund Policy.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction providing a statutory right of withdrawal, you may also have the right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within the period provided by applicable law.

For EU consumers, this will generally include the right to notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.

Our voluntary return policy does not replace or restrict any statutory rights you may have concerning faulty, damaged, misdescribed or non-conforming goods.

SECTION 8 – PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS AND GIFT CARDS

From time to time, we may offer promotional codes, discounts, special offers or gift cards.

Additional terms may apply to a particular promotion or offer and will be communicated when appropriate.

Promotional offers may be limited by time, product, availability, location or other stated conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined.

Nothing relating to promotions, sale items or gift cards limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our website may contain links to websites, applications or services operated by third parties.

We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or terms.

Accessing a third-party website is at your own discretion and may be subject to that third party's own terms and privacy policies.

SECTION 10 – SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted by Shopify.

Shopify provides the e-commerce infrastructure that allows us to operate our online store and may process certain information in connection with your access to and use of the store.

Information about how personal information is processed in connection with our store is provided in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Shopify's own privacy documentation.

Your purchase contract for products sold by Puppy Pleasure is with Puppy Pleasure and not with Shopify, unless expressly stated otherwise.

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws, including applicable European data-protection requirements.

SECTION 12 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the content of our website, including our branding, logos, text, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, website design and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Puppy Pleasure and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website is accurate and current.

Occasionally, information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, delivery times or availability.

Where permitted by applicable law, we may correct errors and update information.

If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you where appropriate and provide any remedies required by applicable law.

You must not use our website or services:

We do not guarantee that our website will always be uninterrupted, completely secure or free from technical errors.

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits or affects any guarantee, warranty, remedy or other right that you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.

In particular, any legal rights you may have in relation to defective, damaged, misdescribed or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

SECTION 17 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded, or any liability or consumer right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into or losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If you are purchasing as a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits the remedies available to you under mandatory consumer-protection law.

Different rules may apply to purchases made wholly or mainly for business purposes.

SECTION 18 – EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform an obligation where that delay or failure results from circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, transportation disruptions, strikes, governmental actions, failures of communications networks or other events that we could not reasonably prevent.

If such an event materially affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to inform you and address the situation in accordance with applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms or exercise a legal right, this does not mean that we waive that provision or right.

Any waiver applies only to the particular circumstances in which it is given.

These Terms, together with the policies and information expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and us concerning your use of our store and purchases made through it.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or representations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

SECTION 22 – GOVERNING LAW AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

These Terms and any contract between you and Puppy Pleasure are governed by the laws of Greece, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you.

If you are a consumer residing in another country, including another European Union or European Economic Area country, you may also benefit from mandatory protections provided by the laws of your country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms deprives you of protections that cannot legally be excluded by agreement.

Any dispute will be handled by the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.

SECTION 23 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, legal obligations or other operational requirements.

The current version will be published on our website together with an updated "Last updated" date.

Changes will not retroactively alter rights or obligations relating to orders already accepted unless permitted or required by applicable law.
