Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to Greece, countries across the European Union, and selected international destinations. Available shipping options are shown at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Greece: 2–5 business days
- EU countries: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order. We offer free shipping on orders over €40.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Delays & Issues If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
